Instructions

• Step 1: Create Your Retainer. Heat the retainer tray under 80 hot water and warm it up for about 10 seconds. Put the mouth tray over your teeth and using your fingers gently try to mold it on your teeth. Set the trays firmly against the teeth.
• Step 2: Using the teeth shade guide, find out the current color of your teeth.
• Step 3: Apply a thin layer of whitening gel to both mouth trays and spread evenly (0.25 to 0.4ml is plenty for each tray).
• Step 4: Insert the mouth trays into your mouth over your teeth and set the trays firmly against the teeth.
• Step 5: Keep the light shined on the trays for 10 minutes and then rinse with water.
