Connection issue

It’s a great controller but I am having a connection issue it all of a sudden just started blinking green and it does it all day non stop it won’t connect to my PS4 and I tried to reset but it’s still not working I’ve connected it using the USB port but still no good I’ve also let it die but still ain’t connect if someone could help that would be great
